- Present menu and provided detailed information when asked.
- Taking orders, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell foods, dessert or drinks.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff, delivering the food order to the customer.
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, wiping tables, and more.

- Prepare foods. Ensure that all of the dishes are cooked well and presented in pleasing way.
- Prepare all kinds of drinks.
- Checking stock of ingredients and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Promote menu using media social (Facebook)
